LONGWOOD, Florida (September 29, 2014) – A1 Assets and Waste Pro have again teamed up with the city of Winter Park to host a free collection event for citizens to properly dispose of their recyclable electronics and hazardous waste.
The event was held on Saturday, September 20 at Winter Park’s Public Works Compound at 1409 Howell Branch Road, and was open exclusively to the city’s residents. Staff from A1 Assets were on hand to collect unwanted electronics, including old computers, televisions, cell phones, batteries, and more, to be processed and recycled in accordance to the strict procedures governed by the ISO 14001 and R2 certification standards.
