Saturday – June 23, 2012. A1 Assets was the proud sponsor of an electronics recycling event held by the City of Winter Haven today. Several tons of electronics were collected for this event and it was a huge success.
Items recycled were computers, laptops, cell phones, stereo equipment, TV’s, circuit boards, printers, game systems, batteries used in electronics and battery backup units, and much more.
A1 Assets had several employees on site to help offload vehicles in a ‘drive-through’ setting that made it quick and easy for everyone participating to recycle their old outdated electronics.
Hard drives are wiped per DOD 5220.22-M standards for everyone’s security. Stayed tuned for next year’s electronic recycling event for the City of Winter Haven!
